Evaluate the current lineup and products to understand product and brand pricing versus competition

  1. Study competition on Helium, Amazon and Walmart to check for products that have-

    1. 4.5+ Ratings, High number of Reviews, Amazon badges like top choice etc.

    2. Check brand and product ranking within subcategory

    3. Map pricing versus features  

    4. Approx sales in units from Helium

  2. Evaluate Search Volume, Ranking and Growth of category keywords over time

  3. Suggest costing and deduce approx CM1(P&L) post marketing

  4. Propose a launch pipeline and path to profitability
